Ghee is pure milk fat – yes, milk fat with a nutty aroma.
As a kitchen product it is excellent for baking, roasting, stewing and frying. Ghee strengthens the taste of herbs and spices,
does not splash when heated and has a long shelf life.
It turns out to be particularly healthy!
We pour the ghee into handy glass jars (230 gr).
Once the lid has been unscrewed, the ghee always needs fresh air. So let the cap lie loose on it or just close it a little, so that
air exchange is still possible.
Ghee, stored at room temperature, has an unlimited shelf life.
