Our ghee (pronounced ‘Gee’) is traditionally prepared at De Groote Voort dairy farm, using the creamy whey butter from the milk of our Jersey cows. It is pure milk fat: dehydrated butter with a subtle nutty aroma.

Ghee is ideal for baking, roasting, stewing, and frying. It doesn’t splatter, enhances the flavor of herbs and spices, and can be stored indefinitely at room temperature. In addition, ghee is known for its health properties.

Available online and in the shop in glass jars of 230 g and 750 g. After opening, leave the lid loose or slightly open so that the ghee can breathe.
