Ghee enhances the flavor of herbs and spices, does not splatter when heated, and has a long shelf life.<br \/>\nIt also turns out to be particularly healthy! <\/p>\n<p>We pour the ghee into handy glass jars (230 g).<br \/>\nOnce the lid has been unscrewed, the ghee always needs fresh air.
